We maintain an 8:1 student-to-teacher ratio and utilize state-approved curricula in our in-person sessions. Our services also include initial assessments and the use of interactive materials to enhance the learning experience.

2. Use of Services

As a user of our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, especially concerning the health data of the children enrolled in our tutoring programs. You also agree to promptly update any information that changes during the course of using our services.

3. Data Collection Practices

We collect various types of information, including parent names, email addresses, phone numbers, preferred contact methods, available times, child name, child grade, goal of tutoring, area of interest/concern, and certain health data related to allergies or life-threatening conditions.

This data is stored on WIX and exported to Google. While these platforms provide robust security measures, we do not use any additional encryption to safeguard the data. You have the option to opt-out of providing information through the website by contacting us directly, but the data will still be stored in the same Google database.

Steady Steps Tutoring is not responsible for any misplacement of personal data or issues arising from data breaches on WIX or Google’s platforms. We disclaim all liability for any damages or loss caused by such incidents to the fullest extent permitted by law.
